Is this mr storytellers first visit to Springs Hotels?because it is always like this in their hotels,has been for years,my friend and I have been going to the Vulcano for about 11/12 years have also been to Arona Gran,they are sooooo good and get so many return guests,I guess that all speaks for itself,enjoy enjoy enjoy xxxxxx
